Bistecca is an award-winning American Steakhouse with a distinct Italian flair. Located on the Sky Level, Bistecca offers spectacular views of both the racetrack and casino floor. Our guests can enjoy a full meal or appetizers and drinks in our lounge, patio or dining room; or relax in our signature lounge, CB.
Featuring a vast selection of USDA Prime steaks and an extensive wine list with an emphasis on stellar Californian and Italian varietals, Bistecca is the place to experience fine dining seven days a week.
We invite you to join us wearing attire suitable for fine dining as you enjoy all that we have to offer at the fantastic Bistecca Steakhouse. Baseball hats not permitted. Patio dining is also available, weather permitting.

Meet the Chef
INTRODUCING EXECUTIVE CHEF FRANK SANTILLI
Chef Santilli is a highly experienced Chef with over 35 years in the food & beverage industry, specializing in Italian cuisine, specialty seafood, gourmet cheesecakes and pastries. Chef Santilli’s career has taken him from The Hyeholde Restaurant and Ladbroke Racing, all the way to the Sky Level of Hollywood Casino at the Meadows as the head chef of Bistecca Steakhouse.
Chef is highly regarded locally, having won 1st place at the Restaurant Week competition in Washington County as well as five 1st place awards at the Sweet Sunday Dessert competitions benefiting the Washington City Mission. Whether steak or seafood, sweet or savory, Chef Santilli has a menu that will astound and delight everyone who visits Bistecca.
